1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Orders placed after business hours are processed the next business day
• Processing times may increase during high-volume periods
Once your order has been processed, it will move to the shipping stage.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier performance, and external factors.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Destination
• Package weight and dimensions
• Carrier rates
Promotions or free shipping offers may be applied at our discretion.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped:
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear
5. Delays & Carrier Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Shipping carriers
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing (international orders)
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Metabolic Alchemist™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered.”
If this occurs:
• Verify your shipping address
• Check with neighbors or your local carrier
• Contact the carrier to file a claim
7. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate.
• Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
8. Return Shipping
Return shipping is handled as follows:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns
• Return shipping is covered by us if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
9. International Shipping
For international orders:
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
• These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost
